Requirements

• Assess each person receiving services for their hopes, dreams, and desires
• Provide supports that facilitate achievement
• Ensure the rights of each person receiving services are protected and promoted
• Implement person's plan fully, within the requirements of the service definition
• Complete all required documentation
• Drive and travel as required
• Assist new staff and/or current staff with orientation, mentoring, and training
