Job Description
Monetize More is seeking a dynamic Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business within the APAC region. This role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, transitioning to a fixed salary structure after successful sales targets are met. The position offers a blend of sales, business development, and account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising concepts and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in ad-tech or SaaS.
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts like header bidding and programmatic advertising.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Understanding of the APAC digital publishing landscape and fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
