Job Description
Monetize More is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative to drive new business within the APAC region. This is a commission-only position initially offering uncapped earning potential upon achieving sales targets, with the option to transition to a fixed salary role. The role involves identifying, engaging, and converting publisher leads, representing the company at industry events, and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ad-tech, digital advertising, or SaaS preferred)
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts like header bidding, programmatic advertising, and ad optimization.
- Proven ability to generate and close leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Understanding of the APAC digital publishing landscape (fluency in English preferred)
