Job Description
Monetize More is seeking a Commissioned Sales Representative to lead new business within the APAC region. This role is commission-based and offers uncapped earning potential through successful client acquisition, starting with a commission-only position and transitioning to a fixed salary upon meeting sales targets. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, presenting ad-tech solutions, and representing the company at industry events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (header bidding, programmatic advertising)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Understanding of the APAC digital publishing landscape
