Job Description
Moneyfarm is a fast-growing digital wealth manager seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to join their support structure. This role focuses on resolving technical escalations from Customer Support (CSR) and handling complex requests from internal stakeholders. The analyst will investigate, troubleshoot, and improve operational processes, contributing to a stable platform and empowering front-line teams.
