Manager, Payroll

MongoDB is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join its Global Payroll department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all payroll cycles and tasks, evaluating and improving processes, and working collaboratively across multiple functions to improve the employee experience.

Requirements

• Strong international payroll knowledge
• Experience managing multiple direct reports
• Knowledge of withholding tax, related tax filings, tax policy, and employment regulations
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills
• Payroll project management experience
