Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High motivation for a customer-focused role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- 10+ years of software development/consulting/support experience
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures and deployment
- Fluent in English (and potentially local language)
- Comfort working in the customer site during a week (hybrid work model)
- Experience with databases like MongoDB
