Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their Toronto team. This role involves guiding customers on MongoDB's platform and offering technical and account management support to drive their success. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach and be proficient in managing customer relationships and influencing business decisions within the organization. They will act as a main point of contact and build program roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or similar roles
- Passion for advocating for customers and acting as a customer extension within MongoDB
- Understanding of database, cloud, and infrastructure technology (a plus)
- High level of autonomy and ownership of customer portfolio
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to deviate from standard procedures
- Strong business acumen and ability to create new processes and enablement
