Senior Financial Analyst

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to set the direction for how we improve the customer experience for our senior stakeholders in the Product & Technology organization, and establish strong relationships with Finance, Operations, and People team partners. The Senior Analyst will be accountable for day-to-day operational excellence, while incubating and driving big picture initiatives.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial services, management consulting, or data analytics
• Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and conducting analyses across multiple data sources and systems
• Familiarity with financial planning tools (Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) is a plus
• Reputation for curiosity and for building systems and investing in people
• Proven track record of creating structure, prioritizing, and meeting timelines in situations that are uncertain or ambiguous
• Persuasive and concise communications when analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations
