Senior Financial Analyst

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to grow our GTM FP&A team. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing aspects of key business decisions, go-to-market strategies, resource allocation, and sales compensation.

Requirements

• Forecasting: provide support for and coordinate updates to our company forecast model, including detailed bookings, revenue, and commissions forecasts
• Business Partnering: work closely with Sales Operations and Commissions teams on the development and evaluation of our annual sales compensation plans
• Evaluating: deliver regular insights of sales productivity and commissions for each sales segment
• Analyzing: conduct ad-hoc analyses and build financial models to guide leaders towards efficient operating strategies, resource allocation, and investments in growth initiatives
• Reporting: Assist in the creation of Board materials and executive updates; prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting
