Senior Product Manager - P&T

We are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to lead efforts to build, enhance, and scale the data products MongoDB employees use every day. The role involves defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MongoDB's Data teams and products, evangelizing the importance of data-as-a-product, and partnering with Product and Technology (P&T) teams to ensure data products address their unique challenges and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, with at least two years focused on data products or platforms at a modern, fast-paced, high-growth company
• Experience with stakeholders in advanced engineering organizations is critical; strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, analytics, and data products
• Deep familiarity with modern data platforms, scalable architecture (e.g., lakehouses, medallion data), and tools that operationalize insights at enterprise scale
