Job Description
MongoDB is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to focus on key customers and drive their success with their developer data platform, MongoDB Atlas. The role involves building strong relationships, managing account plans, resolving issues, and advocating for customers within the organization. This is a hybrid position within a team environment focused on leveraging customer feedback to improve product and processes.
Requirements
- 9+ years of customer success/account management experience
- 6+ years of experience supporting the UK public sector
- A passion for advocating on behalf of customers
- Strong technology aptitude and curiosity for databases
- Proven experience building relationships and delivering value to technical decision makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation
- Team player with collaborative spirit
- Bachelor's degree (MS preferred)
