Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will oversee our entire IT environment, including performance, security, resilience, and strategic development. You will be responsible for managing all IT functions for 250-500 users in a regulated financial services setting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience
- Experience managing and supporting 250+ user environments
- Experience within financial services or similarly regulated sectors
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft based environments
- Solid understanding of networking architecture
- Previous experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls
- Proven experience managing vendors and technology contracts
- Experience owning and managing an IT budget with cost optimisation accountability
- Strong understanding of GDPR, POPIA, and other applicable financial-sector data protection regulations
