Job Description
Monroe Tractor is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service operations of the Service Department, ensuring optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximum profits. This role requires a strong leader with excellent customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The company has over 70 years of experience in the construction equipment and agricultural equipment industry and a family-owned approach.
Requirements
- Demonstrate company core values in all interactions.
- Hire, train, develop, and motivate service department staff.
- Ensure all necessary shop equipment is in proper repair.
- Finalize customer work orders and prepare invoices.
- Maintain customer relationships and increase service business.
