Job Description
Monroe Tractor, a well-established construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 70 years of experience, is seeking a Service Manager to lead their Service Department with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing technicians, ensuring shop equipment is in good repair, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience within the equipment or auto service industry
- Strong work ethic
- Superior communication skills
- Sense of urgency
- Customer service experience
- Confidence in Microsoft Office and new software
- Ability to coordinate repairs and provide customer updates
