Recruiter

Monster Energy is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-life cycle recruiting process for exempt and non-exempt positions. The successful candidate will work with hiring managers to review job specifications, source candidates, and conduct interviews. The Recruiter will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as processing employee data and maintaining personnel files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of HR/recruiting administration experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
