Recruiter

Join Monster Energy as a Recruiter and become a business partner in executing full life-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions. Manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, source candidates, and conduct phone screens to identify qualified candidates. Work with hiring managers to review candidates and determine interview rosters. Extend offers, process candidates through on-boarding, and participate in recruiting events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of HR/recruiting administration experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multiple task
• Integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to provide exceptional client service
• Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
