Monster Energy is seeking a Sr. Marketing Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience and a passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to effectively relate to others
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Sign, HRIS Software
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multiple task in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity, professionalism, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality essential
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality
- Accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely critical
