Job Description
Monster Energy is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join their team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring manager relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and 5+ years of recruiting experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field of study
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Sign
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, CMS, HRIS, and HRMS
