Job Description
The State of Montana Department of Administration (DOA) is seeking a Financial Compliance Manager to lead a team and provide management and leadership to Business Systems Analyst, Financial Data Analyst, and State Social Security Administrator. The role involves providing accounting support, ensuring compliance, and overseeing revenue and collections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Current CPA license (desirable)
- Direct experience with financial accounting systems and/or databases
- General knowledge of customer reporting software and terminology
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) statements, and Federal regulations
