Job Description
Monterey Technologies is seeking a motivated and independent Principal Software Engineer to contribute from the beginning of the system development process. The role offers significant learning opportunity and requires initiative and self-direction. The company focuses on building human-centered systems for improved performance and is a Contract / Temporary position.
Requirements
- Develop front-end and back-end software
- Plan software design and development work
- Manage cloud and local development environments
- Conduct code reviews and analysis
- Assist in writing software development considerations for proposals
- Develop software that enables command and control functionality
- Develop software that enables activity planning and constraint checking
- Develop software that enables visualization of a dynamic environment
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain US DoD Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
