Job Description
The Associate Director, CMC - Contracts Management will support Monte Rosa Therapeutics' global contracting function, requiring substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements. The role will involve working cross-functionally as a trusted business partner, providing strategic advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, and facilitating effective coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree with 10+ years of demonstrated experience working with legal agreements in the biotechnology industry
- Subject matter expertise in supporting CMC and Clinical Operations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and sound judgment
