Job Description
Monte Rosa Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director/Director, Drug Product - CMC to lead technical development activities for molecular glue degraders. The successful candidate will join the CMC group and work cross-functionally with analytical, drug substance, quality, clinical operations and regulatory teams.
Requirements
- PhD or MSc in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related scientific discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proven expertise in formulation science, process development, and scale-up
- Experience in managing CDMOs and complex supply chains
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
