We are seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to support a small, lean legal department consisting of a General Counsel and one additional attorney.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of legal experience, with significant experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Experience working in-house and/or with small or lean legal teams preferred.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Practical, business-oriented approach to legal issues.
