eBilling Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining electronic billing (eBilling) activities within LexisNexis CounselLink, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of legal invoices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in eBilling, legal operations, or accounts payable
- Direct, hands-on experience using LexisNexis CounselLink
- Strong understanding of legal billing guidelines, rate structures, and matter management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
