Job Description
More Staffing is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to bridge technical expertise, customer support, and operational process leadership. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support within a remote, 9-5 hour-shift environment. The ideal candidate will own the customer experience function and drive scalable improvements.
Requirements
- Proven technical experience with furniture assembly, troubleshooting, or home improvement.
- Strong background in customer service operations.
- Experience writing SOPs, setting up workflows, and building scalable support systems.
- Ability to manage escalations effectively and maintain a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
