Job Description
HubSpot is seeking a Tech-savvy CRM and Lead Generation Specialist to join their team, focused on fuel sales pipeline performance and managing outbound lead generation campaigns. This hybrid role combines CRM management and manual lead generation, requiring collaboration with Sales and Marketing to convert prospects into customers. They will manage HubSpot pipelines, lead lists, and automated workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Sales & Marketing Hub)
- Proven ability to run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Solid understanding of B2B sales pipelines, CRM workflows, and lead scoring
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and list-building tools
- Excellent written communication
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
- Comfortable working remotely
- Strong attention to process hygiene
- High priority attention to customer engagement
