Job Description
Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a Manufacturing / NPI Engineer to take ownership of new product introductions for customers, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production. This hands-on role involves running trials, managing project data, and ensuring projects land successfully. The role involves a blend of independent work, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Understanding of engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Project, Injection Tooling).
- Hands-on experience in a technical/engineering department.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab).
- Detail-oriented and mechanically minded.
