Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to serve in one of our South Carolina offices. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will be responsible for handling pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, and managing a team of Case Managers.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
