Pre-Suit Attorney

At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. We're seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to serve in our Tallahassee or Panama City, FL office. This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
