Pre-Suit Attorney

At Morgan & Morgan, we're seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to join our Jackson, MS office. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you'll be responsible for handling pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, and managing a team of Case Managers.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the MS State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
