Premises Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Saint Louis, MO office. The role will involve handling pre-litigation work, managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers, and driving compliance and KPIs amongst team.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the MO and IL State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
