Program Director

The Program Director is responsible for overseeing a treatment facility, providing supervision to staff, managing clinical operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role involves clinical supervision, staff development, client therapy, and collaboration with other departments. The Director leads weekly staff meetings, ensures staff adherence to policies, and maintains an efficient operations environment.

Requirements

• LMFT, CPC, LCSW, PhD, and PsyD (LPC is not valid in NV)
• Independent License is required
• Experience in treating adolescents in a residential setting
• Working knowledge of psychopathology, diagnostic assessment, and related treatment interventions
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and ability to individualize treatment approaches
• Must be able to conceptualize and implement a master treatment plan
• Must be able to be on-call for facility
• CPR & BLS certification is required
