The Quality Manager is responsible for the quality assurance and warranty callback management across all construction projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and completion outcomes. The role involves overseeing the QA/QC process, working with project teams, and resolving conflicts with subcontractors. The Quality Manager will also interface with clients, manage warranty callback and repair work, and coordinate with project superintendents and field personnel.
