Job Description
Westside Build is a Santa Monica–based home builder that specializes in rebuilding high-quality homes after disasters. The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Westside Build’s quality control systems across all active projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality control, project management, or field supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong knowledge of custom residential construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret full sets of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Deep understanding of California building codes and inspection processes
