Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will assist the Global Compliance function in developing, implementing and managing the Morningstar Sustainalytics compliance framework. This role will be part of the Global Compliance team and require highly developed interpersonal skills, strong analytical and investigative skills, and sound judgment.

Requirements

• Highly developed interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance / regulatory control processes developed in Internal Audit in the Financial Services, Accounting or Legal professions
• Strong analytical and investigative skills and sound judgment
• Understanding/experience of ESG risk rating business would be an advantage
