Job Description
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager I to lead civil projects in Texas and Nebraska. The role involves managing budgets, team development, customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and safety. Mortenson focuses on renewable energy and site development for clients.
Requirements
- Manage overall financial health of projects
- Lead EPC contract negotiations with customers
- Develop and maintain project financial projections
- Lead and manage Project Manager and Engineer teams
- Provide financial and billings to accounting
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Travel 100% with monthly home rotations
- Undergo driver’s license
