Job Description
Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating efforts on large and complex projects. The role involves providing conceptual, detailed work estimates, planning, and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will have leadership, flexibility, and a proactive approach to providing professional, confidential estimates.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field
- Minimum nine years of construction industry experience
- Six years of construction estimating experience
- LEED AP, DBIA professional preferred
- Proficiency with building/estimating techniques and software (ISqFt, ICE/Bid2Win, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam/PDF, Google Earth)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of construction law and business practices
