Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator will participate in all aspects of the bid and estimating process, including quantity take-offs, pricing, scoping, and bidding of construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 3-7 years of equivalent experience
• General knowledge of construction principles and processes
• Ability to synthesize cost data from a wide range of sources into a conceptual estimate
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• General knowledge of negotiated bids, hard bids, and GMP processes
• Working knowledge of estimating technology and tools
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and core values
