Superintendent - Construction

Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent who will coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities. This role offers opportunities at different levels, offering both hands-on experience and training. Compensation is determined based on experience and location and it is open to both professionals and candidates working around the clock.

Requirements

• Current driver’s license
• Ability to fulfill responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks
• Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
