Job Description
Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent I to coordinate and supervise construction projects, manage contractors and craft activities, and enhance customer relationships. The role involves managing project schedules, coordinating materials, and ensuring project success. They will also provide training and mentorship for project team members.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or 10 years trade experience
- Minimum 5 years construction management or related experience
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to fulfill responsibilities for multiple complex projects
- Basic understanding of construction law
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
