Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site outside sales position focused on growth within the local mortgage lending business. The role involves prospecting, meeting with borrowers, analyzing financial situations, and providing necessary documentation for loan approvals. Success will be measured by proven track record of success and demonstrated communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School or Equivalent
- Minimum Knowledge: Analyze complex financial situations, demonstrate strong communication skills, and experience with Local Lending
- Experience with Conventional, Government, and Alt-A lending
- Must be able to travel and navigate locally
