Job Description
Senior Lead Business Analyst role for a telecommunications service provider in Sri Lanka. Lead a development team, assess feasibility of requirements, engage with customers, digitize product ownership, and provide strategic input for technology investments.
Requirements
- BSc degree or professional qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized university
- MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and high-pressure work environment
- Relevant industry certifications are preferred
