Head of Quality

We are seeking a Head of Quality to lead our full quality ecosystem across Motion Applied, defining and overseeing quality strategy, and driving a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end quality organisations
• Strong background in quality, engineering, automotive, motorsport, or electrification environments
• Demonstrated experience developing and governing advanced quality systems (ISO9001, IATF16949 or equivalent)
• Experienced in leading complex internal and external audits
• Strong communicator capable of influencing at executive level
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing quality teams and drive cultural transformation
