Job Description
The Head Of Quality Control will oversee quality control activities across manufacturing, customer, and stakeholder management, and leadership and team development. The role will lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain the companys Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead internal and external quality audits
- Establish quality policies, procedures, and control plans
- Approve inspection and testing plans to ensure product conformity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Manage customer quality requirements, complaints, and feedback
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality teams
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
- Track and analyze quality KPIs and trends
