Job Description
Motive is seeking a Director, Commercial Sales Engineering - Pakistan to lead, develop, and nurture Sales Engineering teams. This role involves overseeing pre-sales teams, conducting product demonstrations, developing solutions, and contributing to strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and industry and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a second-line leadership role, ideally overseeing technical pre-sales teams.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor’s of Science preferred; Master’s a plus.
- Experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer is essential.
- Experience with integration projects and an understanding of API-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of hardware, cloud software, IoT, and AI/ML is beneficial.
