Job Description
Motive is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager, Commercial - Pakistan to lead and empower a team of Commercial Sales Engineers. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and developing the team to deliver exceptional value to customers through technical solutions. The Manager will collaborate with sales leadership to align pre-sales strategies and ensure technical expertise and communication skills for impactful presentations and proposals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role within a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor’s of Science preferred.
- Proven experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing talent.
- Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles and the role of pre-sales in accelerating deals.
- Familiarity with value selling concepts and methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude with a practical experience of SaaS, hardware, IoT, and potentially AI/ML technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the Pakistani market and local business practices is a plus.
