Service Advisor

Primary point of customer contact for service at MCI, responsible for ensuring customer comfort, preparing repair orders, and communicating repair status. Also attempts to up-sell and administers warranty claims.

Requirements

• 5 years service operations and customer service experience preferably in an automobile dealership service writer role
• Strong organizational and PC skills
• Basic knowledge of motor coach repair
• High School diploma
