Certified Medical Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at a pediatric excellence center. The successful candidate will assist in performing medical and laboratory procedures, provide clerical support, and work as part of a care team. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
• Current and active certification through a credentialing agency (e.g. RMA, CMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA, RMA(AAH))
• One year of clinical MA work experience in pediatrics/adolescents (preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Intermediate computer skills with EHR/EMR/EDR/EPM
• Ability to understand and execute both oral and written orders
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to travel for Health Center business
