Process Improvement Manager I-Health System Operations-Corporate-Full-Time-Days (Hybrid)

The Process Improvement Manager (PI) for the I-Health System Operations, Corporate, will lead and execute improvement initiatives to advance Mount Sinai Health Systems continuous improvement culture. This role involves planning, managing, and evaluating impact of improvement efforts to achieve mission and vision. The PI Manager I acts as a leader for the department, mentoring junior analysts and engineers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

• Independently leads, designs, manages, and executes improvement initiatives.
• Develops scope and plan for improvement initiatives, acquiring stakeholder buy-in.
• Uses project management skills to track deliverables and oversee tasks.
• Coordinates and executes observational studies and evaluations.
• Performs data analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and develops presentations.
• Maintains knowledge of trends and evidence-based solutions.
